But... it wasn't always that way. Because I once was where you are now!
I had yo-yo dieted all my adult life and had tried numerous fad diets, several commercial diets including, Weight Watchers, the program with the colored cups and even Whole 30.
In November 2015 I was mired in depression and had binge-eaten my way to the heaviest I’d been in years. I was ready for a way that didn’t make me feel like I had to be all or nothing, good or bad, a success or complete failure.
When I discovered flexible eating I honestly was nervous to choose a way of eating where nothing was off limits, especially with my history of binge eating.
But I decided to give it a try anyway.
What I didn’t know then was that this new way of eating I found, was what was going to change my entire life
The flexible eating lifestyle is truly the most real life friendly way to get the body you’ve always dreamed about. I’ve maintained my weight for longer now than I ever did on any other commercial restricted diet program!

Even when losing weight was my goal, I got to eat more than I expected!
